Bluenose Rally - 2016

Just got back from the Bluenose Rally. Good weather, and a good rally. Thanks to one and all who worked to put it together.

The annual BMWONS Bavarian Beer Garden on Friday evening went well and was very well received as usual.

BMWONS and BMWs took several awards this year (I'll get the details and fill those in later):

BMWONS - Best Represented Club (thanks to Anne Marie for collecting and submitting our info)

BMW - Longest distance travelled to the Rally - Wisconsin

BMW - Highest mileage bike at the rally - (301,000 miles = 484,412~ km)

BMW - Oldest bike at the Rally - 1979 BMW R100RT

As in past years, BMWONS members volunteered and worked various tasks (including traffic control for the parade) to assist our fellow bikers of the Apple Valley Riders Club put on a great Rally. Sorry it appears that I'd missed posting pre-Rally info, I'll try to do better in the future.

Here is the Plaque BMWONS received for "Best Represented Club" at the Bluenose Rally this year. Rather nice looking.

Any suggestions as to where we keep it?
