Just a reminder that we like to have the surveys back by end of July! I know your holding on to them since i passed out about 30 of them and only got 9 back so far.
I can email you a copy. who needs a copy??
You can return them to any of the executives or email them back to me or
fax ( but I have to know before you fax them)
This is your chance to let us know what you think of the club and improvements we can make and how you can help to make us grow.

Good News, I've managed to load the Survey form to the Website.
Go to Downloads, selectable from the menu on the left.
In the group of Word documents select the 2008 Club Survey item and open in Word for example. you can edit it (i.e. fill it out) and save (or I suppose youcouldalso copy/paste into anemail to Piet). Then send back saved document to Piet via email.
