We have made arrangements for a 12:30pm lunch at the Canadiana Restaurant.

Note from Amédée: Reservation for 12:30 for 14 people is under my name (Aucoin/BMWONS).
If we see the number change +/- I will adjust.
So a show of hands would be handy for those planning to attend the show and lunch.
You can do that here as a reply.
I take it we can re-enter the venue after lunch for those maybe wanting to return.

I will also post of the Facebook page with a similar message and I will monitor both for numbers.

Yes, what you need to do is when you first go in with your ticket you need to ask them to - stamp your hand - I am not sure if that is at the ticket counter or the next step, so ask at the ticket counter and have your ticket in hand to show them.

P.S.   Don't forget about the Halifax Motorcycle Show tomorrow.  Club members will meet there around 10am ( the doors open at 9:00) and then go to lunch at the Canadiana Restaurant for 12:30pm.

Amedee, presume the meet-up @ 10 am is just inside the entrance?

There might be some wandering around inside. The meet up at 10:00 is loosely purposed to get everyone a chance to view the show before the lunch gathering. Then, if you haven't had your fill you can go back provided you got stamped.
