Hi folks...we moved "down east" about a year and a half ago and
I've only just got around to joining up with your group. I ride an 89
K75c (previously owned by member John Dorman), a 77 R60/7 and my better
half Elizabeth owns a sweet 72 R75/5 that's going to be out back on the
road this spring. She likes to ride pillion more and more however.
We're 50 years young and have two children, 9 and 10 so we still don't
get to tour around as much as we'd like. Soon.

I commute to Halifax a lot and I've had my fill of "parked motorcycle
syndrome" this winter. Please tell me it will end soon. If any of you
meet for barley sandwiches and tell tall stories about what great
riders you are, well I'd love to introduce myself in person. I
understand you meet sometimes in Bedford?

I'm just learning how this forum works so please let me know if I'm doing something silly. Won't be the last time

Welcome aboard Warren. We have been meeting every Thursday evening at Tom's Family Restaurant in Lower Sackville at 6pm. Soon we will be meeting at Arbys in Bedford every Thursday night whenever we can get the bikes out. Club rides will starting up soon as well. Last year we got out at least twice a month, often more.

Look forward to meeting both you and Elizabeth.

Warm Welcome Worn.
We are acquainted with your K75 (Black) as most of our membership knows member J.D. We have met in Sackville for a get together at Tom's family restaurant for most of the non riding season. With the time change & if weather permits we will start meeting at Arby's again, as do a lot of other bikers. Arby's is next to the Bedford Legion. If you join the club we will send you email notices of regular and impromptu meetings. Thanks for checking us out.

I've joined up and look forward to meeting you. And your bike of course. One of my all time favourites, the "S". Daytona or Smoke?
