AGM saturday feb 15 2014

The AGM was held at Lowell's condo building (Common room) saturday february 15th 2015.
17 members and guests were present .
An agenda was presented and items discussed
Ken George was inducted as President. John Engweiler stays on as treasurer, Bill Hayter will continue as communications, AnneMarie becomes our secretary and Alan Coles affered as Vice President. Both Bill and John are re-offering as there were no replacements but would clearly like to be releived of their responsibilities. It was understood that collectively, the executive should look for replacements in order to get someone else the opportunity to serve. Thanks to all for offereing and re-offerring.
A show of hands was taken and reservations were made at Tom's in Sackville where some of us
Meeting was adjourned.

Bring your ideas to the executive's attention or better still form a committee and make things happen.

One way to get ideas going is through the use of this forum.
The more activities and ideas are generated the more will get done.
